Basic Pillars of Records Management

 

Any document management software that claims should be treated, which in my view, are the three pillars of a "real" Management Intelligent Document Management.  

 

Minimize manual intervention: Thanks to the powerful OCR engines that exist today a document management system must be capable of automatically clasificiar documents, rename, extract data ...  

 

Fast and effective searches: Just as important as the first paragraph it would be finding all that data and documents processed by the Intelligent Document Management. Incorporating a powerful search engine that is able to find the documents for any word contained, without certain words, the text dates, dates of scanning, file extension, file name, folder ... etc.  

 

Anything that can be done with a physical document, should be possible with an electronic document: This means that as we seal the papers, we add notes, attachments stapled text, move from table to table, we stress, create folders, files ... we should be able to do all this and more with electronic documents.
