What specifications should I ask an Intelligent Document Management software?
At the very least, a document management software should have all these specifications, which I consider basic to information processing is handled in any company.

-Searches for text content, document name, folder, manual indices, notes, notices, and stamps the document.

-Creation and breakdown of multipage PDF files and tif. Extraction of pages in a tif or pdf by page number or intervals.
-Control of events in folders.
-Work Flow Detailed process-history.
-Sealing files, manual, automatic and intelligent. OCR coordinate-wise. Programming-file processing. Extraction and export of data from documents.
-Copies of the full or partial internal structures to the file system.
